"How to Listen to a Record," is a publication in the spirit of classic instructional records. Eddy Kwon, Josh Rios, and Sampada Aranke each contributed unique audio recordings to the 7" record, detailing aspects of how to materially engage with the act of listening. Included with the record is a 12 page essay in which I attempt to outline: types of records, types of listening, the encoded ideology and power of sounds, and the physical interaction of music.

This edition was produced by Jen Delos Reyes for the Something Else Press inspired Something Other Press.
